    SimpleIRC is an IRC client developed using Java ME which aims to be very versatile and functional. Initially targeted at just the Nokia N97 (a lovely device), it turns out it will be able to run on several other devices, theoretically. It has been tested and confirmed to work on the following Nokia devices: N97, 5800 XpressMusic, E61, E63, E71.

    The first public release will be available within the next week. There are also plans to get it published to the Nokia Ovi Store.
