    This is a service we're offering to owners of IP.Board licenses. It involves modifying your copy of IP.Board such that the backend can work with a PostgreSQL database.

    We would have provided a PostgreSQL driver which can be installed by anyone, but since the IP.Board license prohibits distribution of code derived from the existing codebase (the driver pretty much derives from the default MySQL driver), but allows users to modify their installations, we resorted to doing the necessary modifications for the users.

    We are still waiting for word from Invision Power Services concerning distribution of a driver. If we get approved, then we will have the PostgreSQL driver for IP.Board available for purchase. For now, however, we carry out the necessary modifications for you for the advertised fee.
