    Top Video is a Windows Vista Sidebar Gadget which obtains the most popular videos based on the time period selected. It is powered by the Truveo video search API. Basically, it enables you to watch the videos in a flyout which means you don't have to go through the hassle of opening up a browser window to watch a video.
